1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

Maharaj Solutions is a hospitality workforce and operations platform that connects workers, restaurants, and vendors. We facilitate job matching, gig shifts, procurement, marketplace transactions, and related services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may select one primary role: worker, restaurant, vendor, or admin (by invitation).
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Worker Terms

Workers agree to provide accurate qualifications, complete assigned work professionally, and comply with applicable labour laws. Payment terms for shifts and jobs are as agreed between parties on the platform.

5. Restaurant & Vendor Terms

Restaurants and vendors agree to provide accurate business information, honour commitments made through the platform, and comply with applicable commercial and food safety regulations.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) are billed as described in the app. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Wallet transactions are subject to platform policies and applicable taxes.

7. Trust Score & Verification

We maintain a trust score system to promote platform integrity. Scores are calculated based on platform activity and may affect visibility and access to features.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Circumventing platform fees or policies
• Unauthorized access to other accounts or data
• Using the platform for illegal purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

Maharaj Solutions acts as a platform connecting users. We are not a party to employment contracts, procurement agreements, or direct service arrangements between users. We are not liable for disputes arising between users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
