Delete Your Maharaj Account

Google Play account deletion request page

You can delete your Maharaj account and associated personal data at any time. We provide both an in-app deletion path and this public web request form to comply with Google Play User Data policies.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Maharaj app and sign in with your registered phone number.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm with the OTP sent to your phone.

In-app deletion soft-deletes your profile immediately and removes personally identifiable fields according to our retention schedule.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email / form

If you cannot access the app, email us from the phone number or email linked to your account:

Include:

• Registered mobile number (with country code)
• Maharaj ID (if known)
• Role (worker / restaurant / vendor / delivery)
• Confirmation that you want permanent account deletion

We process web deletion requests within 7 business days after identity verification. Wallet balances and unsettled escrow may need to be resolved before final erasure.

What we delete

• Account profile and contact details
• Uploaded KYC / identity documents (after legal retention windows)
• Device tokens and messaging preferences

What we may retain (limited)

• Transaction / invoice records required for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
• Anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
